Easy Protein Omelet


Want to enjoy the deliciousness of protein-rich eggs without high cholesterol? Rule 1 has got you covered. Say hello to their brand new egg-cellent seasoned omelet and scrambled egg mix, Easy Protein Omelet!

  1. Coat a large non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium flame. If using an electric griddle, warm it to 375F. Pan is hot enough when a drop of water sizzles and immediately disappears off of the surface. 
  2. While the pan is warming, add one scoop of Easy Protein Omelet and 4 ounces of water to a small bowl. Whisk vigorously with a fork for about 30-40 seconds, or until well combined. 
  3. Pour the mixture into the hot pan. It should set immediately around the edges. Using an inverted spatula, gently push cooked portions from the edges towards the center, allowing uncooked eggs to reach the heated pan surface. 
  4. When the top surface has thickened, and the liquid is no longer visible, fold the omelet in half with a spatula, and slide it onto a plate to serve. Enjoy immediately. OPTIONAL: Add fillings such as sauteed vegetables, fresh cheeses, and/or cooked meats to your Easy Protein Omelet before folding.
